ABSA LIFE FUNERAL COVER

I have been with ABSA for more than 40 years. I also have a ABSA LIFE FUNERAL POLICY. I have emailed them for a copy of the contract. It has been 4 weeks and no response. I have followed up 3 times, no response, If I had to claim on this policy, and this was how they respond, there would have been funeral problems. I strongly advice others not to make use of ABSA LIFE FUNEREL COVER, as they do not answer any communication with their clients. Dealing with them will lead to rocky roads, in a time of your life when you need the service provider to respond quickly. The will cause more tears then solutions. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
