ABSA Life .. full of excuses not to pay out ..

I took unemployment cover from ABSA life to cover my home lone WITH ABSA SELF .I paid for more then a year and lost my job 3 weeks ago . And they are full of excuses not to pay the money out . This puts me in a very difficult position.

All I want is some good client service ..
