I would sincerely like to complement ABSA Life on truly exceptional service. Due to an unfortunate turn of events I had to submit a dread disease claim on my ABSA credit card protection plan. Within a week from submission the claim has both been assessed, approved and paid in full. I never imagined the turnaround would be so fast and without any hassle.
