Absa life doesn’t want to cancel a policy

I took a life policy with Absa life for me and my husband last year. I wanted to cancel both those policiesbut Absa here says they want a: - Memo to Financial Advisor before they can cancel. Mind you they have already requested a cancellation letter/memo to absa life and other documents from me and my husband Absa Life, I don’t have a Financial Advisor the person who sold me the policy called me and said he is from Absa life and I took the cover, got an sms and calls to go for a blood test. I DON’T KNOW HIM HE IS YOUR EMPLOYEE, CONTRACTOR OR CONSULTANT. You can not now expect me to be running around trying to find a Your Financial Advisor so that I can write him a cancellation memo. The fact that i wrote to Absa Life should be enough. Please cancel those policies. Both of them
