ABSA Life does not adjust payout with interest rate changes

My ABSA personal loan is being paid for 12 months due to an ABDA life insurance claim but I keep on receiving threatening calls and SMS’s from ABSA Personal loan staff for the full monthly amount even though only R70 is outstanding in interest rate difference as ABSA does not adjust the payout amount with interest rate changes. Can ABSA please let their staff check the account before sending out incorrect legal threats, and can ABSA life ensure they update claim payout amounts with interest rate changes.
