Absa Life disability policy

I have been paying Absa Life Accidental disability policy monthly. On the 3rd July 2023 I sustained a right hand open wound fructure which resulted in being declared disabled by Doctors after several operations failed to fix the lost mobility or functioning of my right hand, I then submitted all the necessary documents including medical reports at Absa but my claim was declined because I did not lose a lower limb which is something I did not sign up for. I desperately need your intervention as I cannot use the hand at all. P. Jacobs
