Absa life delaying my claim for no reason

I am very disappointed at Absa life. I took a life insurance that covers dread deseases. I got very sick as a result i had spine surgery where my discs were replaced with cage and other staff I made a claim to absa life it was as early as March 2020 I submitted all that was there on their query. What I have noticed is that once I meet all the requirements in their query sheet they raise some thing alse as long as it will delay my payment and their queries are almost the same. I will share a game they played recently :i was required to get patient health records from gems, gems refused to give me records for my old member number because it's inactive I told my financial adviser at absa Durban, Nancy, she said Ms Adams said instead I should lodge medical certificates I did that, she also said Ms Adams said I should also lodge a letter from the doctor that i only used once 2008, that doctor is in Nquthu I am in Durban, and at that time I couldn't even walk but i went there, once again the requirements were met ,after a long time i called again checking why the absa financial advisor is quiet, i was told that i did not submit something, something that i know i did, my document was lost and no one was saying anything. I had to submit again. Aafter another long wait i was told that my file is with the assessors but every time I call absa life a person I will speak to on their help desk will say " nothing is done I am making a note or sending email" after along time I called again that was saterday 26 December calling my financial advisor on her cellphone , thats only when I have learnt that once again new queries have been raised after I was advised by financial adviser on behalf of Ms D Adams that i should submitt what and what and I did but now that Absa has to keep their end of the deal they give me a run around again with their never ending queries. For me it is clear that Absa life is paving their way and nicely so to decline my claim while they are busy forcing me to use the last cent I have because all these clinic records they requesting costs thousands of rands you will not believe that i am now required to give clinic records from gynecologist who was my doctor when giving birth 2015 mind you I am diagnosed with TB for bones and joints, how funny, and also clinical reports for a doctor whom I went to twice because of depression, is this right or its me? And I submitted sick notes from these doctors stating what was the problem as per absa life's request but still Absa life find it necessary for me to spend the money that i dont have for all this while I am spending all I have on medication.

I am highly disappointed at Absa and I feel betrayed they don't value their clients while they deduct their premiums in time every month. I know I meet the requirement if not they would have been declined long time ago because it's clear that they don't want to reliese what is due to me.
