ABSA LIFE COVER FOR LOSS OF INCOME IN COVID 19? DO NOT EVEN TRY TO APPLY THEY ARE PATHETIC.
having a credit card with Life cover insurance and ABSA called to say that I qualify for Loss of income benefit from this policy. Did all the paper work and send all documents as required off to them. Have not heard a single word yet and also a battle to try and get hold of them. Only get someone at the call centre which is also not capable of doing the job. Do not even go that far to apply. I am going to close my ABSA account asap. Pathetic.!!!!
