ABSA Life - Confused *******

ABSA Life seem to have a differing view to ALL other Credit Protection Policies as they advertise tht Critical Illness is covered on their issued Credit Cards BUT the third party credit cards (Britich Airways etc) seem to have the Critical Illness cover excluded. I learnt this the hard way after paying for the insurance over many years, my claim was denied after i suffered a Critical Illness. ABSA refuses to explain the the different Critical Illnees policies on their credit cards. ABSA Life clients should make sure that you get what you are paying for.
