Absa life complaint
I sent an email to Absa life to cancel my credit life on my Absa personal loan in August. I noticed in October that the request was never action. I called Absa life, they said they will get back to me which they never did. I logged a complaint on 16 November, I received acknowledgment that they received my complaint and that my credit life has been canceled and I will be refunded. I sent another follow up and called Absa action line on 29 Nov as my case, has been closed without any resolution. My case number is C-***1.
