ABSA LIFE CLAIM NUMBER ***

My mom died on the 03 of January and I had submitted everything the banks and funeral covers wanted now this so called useless BANK called ABSA have been sending the same message to submit a form that i submitted asking about her regular doctor stalling the process on purpose.It would be nice if ABSA LIFE tells me when they take their products that when you die we gonna give ur family the run around and then turn around and decline the claim.What a ****en useless bank I cannot wait for all business to sorted with absa then i move all my money to a better bank and close the accounts....
