ABSA LIFE BEYOND USELESS BUNCH OF *****

Absa Life is the worst bunch of ***** and bullies!! I was recently retrenched and wanted to activate my retrenchment policy whereby it clearly states that I am covered by Absa life for retrenchment. I have been battling for a response, I received a letter saying that they reject my claim and that I am not covered for retrenchment and want to offer me a COVID 19 benefit which is a payment holiday. What utter BS is this if we pay for something but then get told we are not covered, and the best part is NO ONE can prove to me that I have a signed policy on their end that just states I am covered for death or disability. Why do i have a copy of the document and agreement sent from Absa life that clearly states I am covered for retrenchment I am sick beyond sick and tired of struggling and not getting a response from this useless bunch of lazy people that do not do their job. Numerous times I had to send through my documentation only to be told they do not cover me, and that i will get a payment holiday. I do not want this, I want my policy to be activated as it clearly states I am covered for retrenchment. How can i bank lie like this and if I have a quote and agreement of my Absa life cover, does this mean *****?? Is this just another piece of paper with no relevance, it is time to stop hiring lazy people and hire peole that actually want to do their damn job and not go on tea breaks and lunches 24/7 and that actually responds, as a bank id NOTHING without their clients. You deserve a - 0 for uselessness in your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure when you do contact me you have my retrenchment benefit activated and DO NOT come with other offers or more BS!!!!!!!!!!
