Absa Life Bad service

Absa Life jeepers can't you listen right to do what I ask you to do. Firstly I need to stop my Funeral cover with you as I am switching over to FNB BANK where all my accounts are. You sent me the new Policy schedule that I must forward to FNB which is great but where is my Cancelation Documents?????? It's no where to be find why???????? You purely don't listen what an customer want. I need my Cancelation documents emailed to me ASAP. Is there maybe someone who can help me with just the Cancelation documents that I need for canceling the Funeral cover with Absa Life. I was sitting more than 16min on the phone and I don't have airtime to stay on the phone so long. I cannot answer my phone during working hours so please only email. Thanks alot.
