Absa life

I recently didnt get paid as expected and will b unemployed for 3 months as my contract ended and hv been given a new contract commencing in april 2021 so i emailed my termination letter and everything expecting absa life to cover me in this time of need to my suprise my claim was rejected as m on contract bt their terms clearly states they do cover u if your contract has ended .now m gona b in 4 months arrears coz they cant help as they claim they only help when u were employed permanently mind you i didnt evn take covid relief i continued to pay as loyal as i am but now they cant evn cover my debt fr period of 4 months.i have been a loyal absa customer from when i was still in high school with my mega u account till today but they cant come through for me in my time of need .after paying off my debt i want nothing to do with this bank m done
