Absa Life

Iv had an Absa Life policy, now that don't want to pay out as my Uncles Death Certificate is written Unatural Death. He slept with a (mbaola trying to warm himself up) and suffered from the smoke to death. Absa life now requires a Forensic Postmortem Report and when i call Forensic they say that can only be out after 4-6 months, HOW AM I GOING TO BURRY MY UNCLE???
