Absa **** about my refund

I have been going to Absa almost everyday for my refund as my loan with then has been paid up, I went there and they claim they have sent me the money on the 07/10/2019 till today I have not heard from them, I have sent them my bank statements to show them that I have not received anything but still they are not doing anything...Absa is the worst bank and I do not regret ever moving from them
