I don’t understand how such a HUGE well established business would fail at promises

I’ve been waiting and CALLING for FOUR MONTHS Yet no one called me back Every time I am told the same story “ we will have a sales consultant call you back “

I AM STILL WAITING !!!

yesterday was even worst

The consultant on the phone was like “ yes ma’Am I can see you have been calling I will escalate it to my manager and because it’s being escalated to him someone must call you immediately” What a JOKE 24 hours later and no call !!

All I want to add is a credit life policy to my vehicle finance IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK ABSA?????
