ABSA LETS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND OFFER YOU NO SERVICE FOR IT

My cheque account was handed over to an attorney firm by the name of MacRobert Attorneys for collection of bank charges as I do not use the account anymore.Said attorneys call me demanding payment of R1070.63 for account fees which I paid on the 20th of August. I requested a paid up letter from the Attorneys with no luck to date. Contacted ABSA Recoveries department and spoke to a lady by the name of Tess Kekana about my complaint.To date she too has done nothing about clearing this matter up and my name is now on on ITC for not using their bank account anymore.Tess Kekana requested I send her the proof of payment which I immediately did and has decided since August to ignore all my emails with regards to resolving this matter. I have been an absa client for more than 20 years and this is the service you receive from them even whilst being a platinum status client. I phoned the ABSA recoveries department again and was told to resolve the matter with Attorneys and not with them.This attorney firm who ABSA has employed has not paid my money over to ABSA but now its my problem as ABSA tells me.Absolutely shocking service from ABSA
