ABSA lets down its R699 car victims

I am a victim of the R699 car **** which left so many people in financial struggles. ABSA said it would help there clients. They also paid a fine to NCR of R10 000 000 for not doing there proper checks on people before giving them credit. I called and asked if ABSA could assist me in this situation that we find ourselves. The manager said they could give me more time to pay off the car. I said I cannot afford the car and why cant they lower the amount seeing they were at fault. But she refused. Bad bank. Please Google this people and see what ABSA is all about. PROJECT SPEAR.

Your matter has already been addressed and feedback provided to you, unfortunately Absa cannot reduce the outstanding balance for you but again Absa is prepared to assist you in making payment arrangements.

Is that all ABSA is willing to do. After all ABSA was found guilty and therefore paid a fine of R10 000 000. How about reducing the balance on the monies owed on peoples cars. Instead of paying a fine to NCR why don't use help your clients.
