Absa Lending Department, bad experience

I want to review Absa's lending Dpt, so far my experience with them has been terrible. I app**** for a credit limit increase two weeks ago, on my credit card, there is firstly no way to track the status (i was pre-approved on the App), last week on follow up i was told they are having a technical issues. No update till today. This is the second time i have issues with this department
