Absa lending covid19 payment relief

I took the covid 19 payment relief for 3 months. After 2 months they gave me over to lawyers for not paying my account. I phoned them and they told me it was a system error and its been rectified. Today my debit order went of for dubble my amount. This is very poor service. I am very unhappy with you. How am I going to pay my other debit orders?
