ABSA LEGAL - USELESS!!!!!

As if the whole repossessing process of a vehicle is not bad enough they only make it worse by giving NO service at all when it comes to paying the arrears amount. We sent a payment arrangement plan through and heard nothing back, then we started with the payment of that arrangement. Two weeks later ABSA arrived at my doorstep to repossess my car. The guy explained that Absa's Legal team does not notify the clients when they reject the payment arrangement plan made and then just pitch one day to take the car - I was the third client that day to whom this happened. I was really in shock when they arrived that day. I asked the guy from Absa (Abdul) toe just hold on a moment, because I was able to get a hold of the arrears amount and I can pay the amount immediately, because he said if the amount can be paid then and there they do not take the car. But instead of waiting, he booked the car in. We then spoke to Bernice from Absa who told us that she can't reverse the booking and the department working with that are currently closed, but we must call her at 09:00 on Wednesday morning then she can book out the car and we can fetch it at Watloo after we paid the arrears amount along with any storage fees for where the car was held, which is fine with us although we feel the storage fees could have been R0.00 if the car was not booked in in the first place. After phoning her on Wednesday morning she still had no answers and told us we must phone again at 12:00pm, but she was not able to assist AT ALL!! Then we phoned Absa Legal and spoke to Avril Speelman, which sounded very eager to help but did not assist AT ALL!! We are still waiting for her to send through an email explaining what the process actually is and what the outstanding amounts are as she said that we will have to pay the arrears amount, storage fees and one month's premium. Currently the amount just keeps growing which is very frustrating, because the fact that there is an arrears amount and we DO have the money to pay that, but they are USELESS and not of any help at all!! The amount keeps growing and they just smile all the way!! I want to pay the money and get my car back ASAP!!!

Today I phoned but Bernice does not answer my calls and Avril also does not answer my calls.
