Absa Legal Trust

Good day Hellopeter My name is Christian Nkhowa Mohloki, ID number ***. I have a complain about the Absa Legal Trust which is as follows, I use to make a request every December for Christmas needs which I submitted to Absa Legal Trust on the 17/11/2021 but still not received any help from them. When I call them or email them they keep saying they are busy with the request ( Trust Officer- Akhona Williams) and yesterday on the 01/12/2021 was so surprised when one of the Trust Officer ( Tlou Chokwe) told me that I should provide my children school reports and their birth certificates which is the new thing to me. And noone told me about this before. Please help me out with this matter all I need is money I requested for Christmas needs not stories from them.
