ABSA Legal - Too Arrogant to Respond

<p>In 2012 without following all the correct protocols, ABSA chose to seek a High Court judgement against my properties without my knowledge for a R12 000 debt. I had been paying in an irratic manner as cash flow would allow. The total monthly installment being R32 000/month so you can imagine the shock when the property assessor arrived at my door with the idea of auctioning my properties. This without any knowledge of the judgement.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the legal department at this point and they agreed that the circumstances were strange but I paid on a regular basis for 6 months it would be removed from legal. I have been paying since 2012 to date successfully only to find that the properties are still attached. The reason for my email through Hello Peter is that I cannot get anyone from ABSA legal to respond to my question, why are my properties still attached given they had by-passed all advisory protocols and refuse to acknowledge my communications which I have on record. Their arrogance towards the small man is both disturbing and unfair.</p> <p>I wish a Class Action could be raised ABSA to deal with this type of corportate bullying where they merely push their will on people unneccessarily because they and their managers believe they are beyond reproach and untouchable. Any advice ....anyone. The next step will probably be legal, where they must at least take notice!</p>
