Absa legal services poor service

I want to settle my credit card account but I am not getting assistant with a settlement letter. I went to 2 different branches with no luck. I called with my own airtime with no like I am told that I must wait for 3 days. Who can have time to hold the money for 3days. But they enjoy harassing me when I am unable to pay.
