Absa legal recoveries

I had a vehicle finance with Absa in 2019. I got under debt review after a year of well paying. The company that took over promised they will cover my car under installment. This years i was surprised when they sent someone to repossess my car. No notification or anything. They just tell me on the spot that they were not receiving payment. I tried to defend that i was not aware and tried to negotiate but the car was taken same day and i was told to call recoveries after 10 days. I did but none of them answer their calls. And really im not sure if it was okay for them to repossess the car without notifying me first. Now im just busy trying their recovery department with no luck, and i was told they will auction my car within 15days of no arrangement
