ABSA legal not responding my emails

I have emailed ABSA legal twice from their internal recoveries email and still waiting for them to call me as I'd like to finalize my payment arrangement with them.

No one responds but their automated email saying case number is this.

Can someone to call me tomorrow between 9 and 10am to get the process started. Id like to get my stuff in order so can someone respond to my email, acknowledge it and call me tomorrow.
