ABSA legal department/HOME loans are ***********.

I have a client that bought a property in 2015 that was a bank repossession. Absa sold the property on auction. I have been trying to contact the legal department in regards to this as ABSA's client died in 2012 and I am having difficulties with the registration of the property due to legal matters.

Absa's Legal department JUST tells me to contact the client whos property it was, What dont they understand their client is DEAD. they are the legal owners of the property as the property loan was not paid up in full and they sold it on auction.

When I send them mails I get a read and delivery notification but they do not respond. I have been fighting this battle from 2015, What makes thing worse is that they sold a property on auction without even knowing that their client had passed away. Either they do not know what they are doing or they are just not willing to assist.

My client has appointed attorneys to deal with this matter at his own costs but still we do not get any assistance from ABSA. WHAT makes it worse is that ABSA told my client's attorneys to contact the seller and not them. WHAT don't they understand they sold the property on auction and it was the property of a dead person.

My client has lost all faith in me as a Estate Agent even though I did everything right it was ABSA that is not assisting.
