ABSA Legal - Border Letter Request

I need to obtain a border letter from ABSA legal. Called several times. Total time holding for a consultant added up to a 100 minutes, who is paying for that!?!? I have to travel soon, but can't get hold of anyone to assist. I'm sure the whole process won't take longer than 5 minutes. What a joke! Can ABSA please respond!
