ABSA legal

So in all honesty ive fallen behind in my vehicle payments by 3 months.So its gotten this far that they want to reposess the car.Now im trying to to settle the amount to keep the car from being taken but i cant do it without paying the legal fees.All so far is understandable..I phone legal department with no avail.I cant be helped and the guy with the name is Johannes working there is so rude and unhelpful.H e cannot give me the legal fees costs.How the hell is im suppose the settle the car or pay the legal fees without even ABSA knowing what the amount is..I know its my fault for being in this situation but that ABSA cant even tell me the amounts of what is payable..ABSA is discusting and there helpdesk and legal department is so rude.
