ABSA leaving customer without money for entire long weekend.

Impossible to redeem international funds (salary) due to telephone line not accessable. Holding on for HOURS without success and NO indication of how far up or down you are on the list. Frustrating is a very nice word!!!!! Facing the long weekend without funds, all debit orders returning with cost....no emergency help availible. I’m a so-called private banking customer....
