Absa Law for you is helpless

I was involved in an accident on the 31st of July 2014 where a bus failed to stop at a four way stop and then hit me in my stop sign box, i requested legal assistance from Absa Law for you for them to reach out to the bus company to ensure that i get a payout , they assigned me a mediator who ignored me and then disapeared and then i was assigned a new one the new one also dissapeared and now i am assigned another one, all these 3 mediators never gave timely feetback the case is almost 2years old and i havent seen any progress, according to me legal mediation is supposed to assist and be the voice of a victim and produce results , Absa law for you is helpless they dont have customer service skills and they have no way of assisting anyone.
