Absa launches new ‘smart metal’ bank cards available to Private Banking and Wealth clients

According to https://businesstech.co.za/, Absa is issuing the METAL CARDS to PRIVATE BANKING AND WEALTH CLIENTS: "The smart-metal cards will initially be available to Private Banking and Wealth clients with availability to other segments considered for a later stage, it said." I am a Private Client and I ordered one of the new METAL CARDS but, I assure you. I DID NOT RECEIVE A METAL CARD. My new card is PLASTIC!!! If https://businesstech.co.za has it WRONG, please correct them. If however you have provided inaccurate info to Business Tech and you have it wrong, please ISSUE the new METAL CARDS to Private banking clients, as stated by "Absa launches new ‘smart metal’ bank cards". Who's at fault here?????????????
