Absa Late Salary

I work for an overseas company, and have been receiving my salary late for the last few months now. I normally get paid a day or so late because Absa no longer processes my salary on the same day. I have enquired numerous times as to why this is so. I’ve even emailed my company to get proof of payment and realised that it’s your bank that’s at fault. Why am I no longer getting paid on the same day?
