Absa late estate

Absa late estate division needs to close down they are useless documentation submitted in December 2023 calling after 14 days nothing , nothing till mid Jan then say failed verification had to meet with someone end of Jan she goes on leave and jumbles up everything that was said to her to in the meeting when contacted she says by end Feb her report will be complete now she saying things that we take as being ****** and also say stuff that totally different that was said in the meeting with her, there is absolutely no joy it is fustrating
