Absa Lakeside mall bad customer service

I am so dissapointed with how Absa lakeside mall front desk treats us, I don’t know if may be something they being taught when they attend customer service training that they must be rude, I went there on the 7th of December so I tried to go inside 1st because I didn’t notice there were people on the queue, then the black guy who works at the front desk calls me and tells me to join the queue, I did that, then I told him that I am here to see a consultant by the name of Palesa because she’s been helping me with my late husband’s estate, he said rudely again ya Palesa will fetch you on the line then am like are we fighting with this guy or what, how is going to fetch me from the line if she doesn’t know am here in the 1st place because I felt he could have just gone to Palesa and ask her if she knows and is she the one assisting me or not, I think she would have told him to have me seated and wait for her because she’s a very a professional somebody I must say she knows how to treat her clients with humbleness and dignity. So whilst am still annoyed that I must join the queue that am not even sure if it’s the right one because I wanted to request for my late husband’s house settlement letter, I go the coloured lady at the front desk, she was still attending at some young lady, I waited for to finish, then the lady left the counter, I saw her taking a selfie next to the wall and I assumed she was finished so I approached the lady just to ask if I want to request for a house settlement letter is this the right queue to be following, she never even gave me a chance, she dismissed so quickly infront my 17 year old son, like sorry I am still busy with the client and am like ok am sorry I thought you were done then I gave her space, would it have killed her to listen to me for a second then if it’s something she can help me, then she tells me nicely that oh sorry yes I will help you but let me finish with the customer or direct me where am supposed to be as if that was enough damn now they gossiping about me infront then I just lost it, the black guy comes back to his desk and the coloured lady asks him infront of me that what am I doing here, then the guy started explaining to her that he doesn’t know because he told me to join the queue henceforth he told me Palesa will fetch me from the line, haibo Absa please teach your stuff not to undermine people because the stupidity in them, how they treat white people and how they treat black people it’s disgusting, embarrassing. A little bit of good manners never killed anyone whether you think someone is poor or rich, because those poor people who’s got accounts with Absa that’s your c**** of your business, and you two stupid domkops at Absa lakeside mall branch you will loose your job if you not careful because i will make sure mina that I will deal with you accordingly, you will find yourself selling peanuts on the streets am telling you, then I will hire you just to prove to you how stupid you.
