ABSA lack of response

I have been emailing Ramadimetja Makhafola at ***ca since the 19th of October 2023 to update my vehicle finance FICA details and I have never received a reply. I went into my local Shelly Beach ABSA branch where Noma Nyawose assisted me. She informed me that Ramadimetja was the one who had to update said details and Noma emailed Ramadimetja all the particulars CCing myself and still nothing.
