ABSA lack of Customer service Quagga

I have been waiting at ABSA Quagga branch customer service to collect a card for 3 hours,The level of incompetence when it comes to serving clients is unbecoming there are 8 tellers only 2 were working.ABSA must really decide if they want to serve clients they take money from or what especially if you are a business client the treatment is wrong.I strongly advise businesses to reconsider moving their business to ABSA.
