ABSA Lack of Customer Service
How on earth will Absa explain. I am in their Parys branch. It is month end. They have 3 customer service counters with only 2 manned. Service is exceptionally slow. Chit chat between staff and customers. Two offices with signs on door Consultants. Two ladies sitting in the offices, surely they can assist with the lengthy ques. Come on guys get your act together
