ABSA - lack of assistance regarding home loan division

I urgently need to speak with someone at ABSA homeloans regarding a build and payments that need to be made to the builder.

Numbers I have tried to contact are always engaged or never answered.

Request by email for someone in management or next in the chain of command to assist with my query has been impossible. I don't understand why we as the client don't have a direct point of contact for someone to assist us or why ABSA cant direct us to someone in a position of management to assist.

No sense of urgency. This review has been created in the hopes that someone from ABSA will address my query as soon as possible.
