ABSA Krediet Kaarte : Me Natasha Groenewald - Puik !!!

It is a pity that before one can share a good story, there always seems to be a not so good story as a starting point... 17/06/2025 I submitted two mails to ABSA Credit Cards, basically just making sure how exactly the account works and why the credit card statement from Online Banking is actually not a statement, but merely a list of transactions, as the balance after very transaction is not part of the 'statement'... The responses received on 19 & 20/06, were totally unexpected and did not really respond to my full queries, hence I didn't learn much from the feedback. One feedback actually addressed me as a totally different person with a different surname as well..??!! 24/06/2025 I responded again to both, with similar responses on 25/06 from the ABSA agents, one asking me to me contact a different ABSA department to find out how to download statements, passing the ball back to me..?? (I was one off the clients testing the ONLINE service many years ago, before it went live, with 42 years IT experience...) 27/06/2025 I again chased both mails and then I got surprised..!!! Me Natasha Groenewald, who was not involved before, responded on both my mails, answering them in the real detail I was expected to get on my first mails, then we would not have waisted that much of time with all the other mails mentioned. The one on the statements, actually confirmed what I have expected, which was quite the opposite as appose to the 1st response on the matter.

ABSA Credit Cards - You can surely do with more people like Me Natasha Groenewald in your team, who also served me 100% in Afrikaans as well .. !!!

Her real value lies in the fact that she actually knows the ABSA products.

That made a small difference to 'My Story matters...'
