ABSA Kolonade Mall Branch

Today I went to the branch at kolonade mall I waited for 51 minutes without being assisted. There were ni customers in front of me and also at 4 consultant they had no customer for Atleast 21 minutes and they still did not call me.

Lastweek I came they told me the manager is in a meeting and they cannot authorise my transaction. The service at the consultants is disgusted to say the least.
