The officials are unfriendly and too worried about being on their cellphones, can’t even wipe down the biometric devices after the previous client had used it. I received an sms to collect my passport. Upon arrival they were the only bank in the mall that were closed because of loadshedding,the lady at Absa says that they will open at 2pm when the power has been restored but the home affair officials are not there, so you saying you close at 3pm but if it’s loadshedding then they go home?? Wasting our time to come all the way but you can’t collect your document. The Absa staff is no better, just as ****** rude and unfriendly! They should take training from Nedbank constantia!! They are friendly and competent!
