Absa Key West Poor Customer Service

Absa Key West in Krugersdorp is quite busy This I know because weekly I need to deposit money There are only three tellers available well that is in the physical format but just one is manned to assist. When you have waited 40 minutes in a queue and you decide to call on the Service manager you will find her in her office behind closed doors. When you ask why there is no assistance you will get asked a question is there only one with the comment she will look into it and that unfortunately is where it stays. No action No help and the problem persist. Why is that ABSA does not want to help his walk in custumers? Week after week same story same frustration same excuse. Come on ABSA wake up!
