ABSA key west inconsiderate

This bank does not even deserve a single star. Firstly they made me get a letter of authority for a claim I was a beneficiary on. When I went the second time , I was just told they were offline, I must come back tomorrow my claim would be sorted.

It has been over 49hrs since my claim was put in and I have mounting burial expenses, the money is not in my account. The staff is not helpful and plain rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't refer any person to this branch of Absa or take any insurance with this bank, they are a MESS
