Absa Key West

I do not complain often, if not at all but i work in customer service,and i have just recieved the most horible service in my life, ABSA Key west is the worst branch, after years i thought let me go back to absa and was thinking of moving my bussenss to them aswell. but after making an online booking for my passport for 1 oclock i was there on time. but there was over 20 people waiting some even waiting from 12 for there 12 oclock booking.

i then thought let me have a seat but then i lady steps out of an offfice eating her kfc,i do not know allot about banking but there sould be lunch rooms for this as this is un profesional.

chating with other clients there they said they had been sitting there from 12 for there booking.

i then wanted to see the branch manager but she did not even come out to ask why what and how.

and there was an arrogant gentle man that walked out and basicly said to bme it is what it is.

well i can say one thing absa will never ever see me but they do not care as i am only one client but you know what to be honest that is why FNB stands out from ABSA becuase they actually do look after there people.

this branch is the worst.....you guys should feel ashamed.
