Absa keeps phoning me for no reason.

Absa keeps phoning me, 4 times already to tell me that my bond is in arrears. Some idiot is not doing their work there. Home owners insurance went off the bond 3 weeks ago and a few days later I made sure the bond is paid up!!! Why do you bunch not CHECK the account FIRST before phoning the client????? I am seriously wondering that id something so simple is so difficult to achieve for a BANK, what else is going haywire there?
