ABSA keeps on requesting money but they don't want to send the statement.

I seem to be having a problem with ABSA bank regarding my vehicle finance , they requested payment few months ago close to R8000 stating that I'm on areas with my car I paid the amount requested and now they want an additional amount or R5000 of which I don't understand what is it for, because the debit order is going through every month I am always on time with payments, when ever I request a statement they don't sent it to me instead they always refer me to someone else, Please assist me with this matter because I feel like they are just taking me for a ride and I can't keep pouring money of which I do not know what is it for.
