Absa keep moving this account to different debt collectors without notification!
Good Day This account was handed over to Delberg Debt Collectors. I have been making regular monthly payments but now I received a message stating this account was handed to another debt collector but the balance owing is higher than before?? They have no record of the payments made to the previous debt collector. Why the change in debt collectors? Why can't Absa notify me when the debt collector changes?? Why can't I pay Absa directly??

27 Dec 2023, 09:12Good Day, I have made a payment to Delberg attorneys but the other debt collector is still demanding a payment! I don't have money to make double payments to the same account!! This is an Absa error, Absa must fix this!!
