Absa Katlehong Bad service

Sunday the 4th I went to Katlehong Absa ATM to deposit in the process of my deposit the ATM went off I waited and waited until the ATM went back on, but my money was no where but the machine counted the money and my card came back but the money was no where, I called ABSA customer service she said they don’t deal with ATM deposit, 1st thing in the morning I was at the bank the manager gave me a bad attitude accusing me of lying and they said They will call me within days, I didn’t hear from them then I went to the bank again to ask them to review the footage she said she can’t help me she is going on Leave and I am lying I didn’t deposit and their machine shows no sign of switching off, I want my money I was with my 2 grandchildren they saw it they still talking about it today why a 55 tear ild lie about depositing.
